I do not live in the United States. Will you ship my MagicBand internationally?

A.

Unfortunately, MagicBand orders cannot be shipped to all countries. When you customize your MagicBand, you’ll be asked to provide a shipping address. If, during this process, you discover that we do not ship to your country—but you plan on staying at a Disney Resort hotel—your MagicBand will automatically be waiting for you at the Front Desk when you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel. Likewise, you can also arrange to have your MagicBand sent to a non-Disney Resort hotel with a valid shipping address prior to the start of your vacation.

If you are a Passholder with an address where we do not ship, we ask that you provide us with an address where we can send your MagicBand at least 11 days before you plan to visit Walt Disney World Resort.

If you have not yet done so, customize your MagicBand.

  • For assistance with your Walt Disney World visit, please call 0800 028 0778 (UK) or 1800 812 678 (Ireland).
  • New or existing Disney Resort hotel reservations and tickets: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
    Dining reservations, technical support and other enquiries: daily from noon to 10:00 PM
