Letter and Postcards
Postcards and letters with postage already applied can be mailed from any mail box located throughout the theme parks and at the Front Desk of Walt Disney World Resort hotels.
Packages
Ship pre-packed, pre-labeled packages at the Front Desk or Concierge desk of most Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Hotels that include an onsite Business Center, including Disney’s Contemporary Resort and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, also ship packages for Guests. Regular shipping and handling fees will apply.
Purchasing Postage
Postage stamps are available for purchase at various gift shops including:
- Art of Disney (EPCOT)
- Celebrity 5 & 10 (Disney’s Hollywood Studios)
- Disney Springs Welcome Center (Disney Springs area)
- Disney Traders (EPCOT)
- Garden Gate Gifts (Disney’s Animal Kingdom park)
- Heritage Manor (EPCOT)
- Mickey’s Gift Station (Transportation and Ticket Center)
- Mickey’s of Hollywood (Disney’s Hollywood Studios)
- Movieland Memorabilia (Disney’s Hollywood Studios)
- The Outpost Shop (Disney’s Animal Kingdom park)
- Stroller/Wheelchair rental (Magic Kingdom park)
- Sundries (Disney Springs area)
Receiving Mail
Guests staying at Walt Disney World Resort hotels can receive mail throughout their stay. Occasionally, some Guests choose to ship items in advance of their vacation to help save luggage space.
If you intend to receive mail during your vacation, be sure the letter or package:
- Includes the mailing address of your Disney Resort Hotel
- Clearly features the word “Guest” on the front and the date of your arrival
Please note that a $6 per package handling fee will apply to all packages that are received through the Front Desk or are delivered to your Disney Resort hotel room.
Getting Grocery Orders Delivered to Your Disney Resort Hotel Room
Grocery deliveries are subject to the Disney Resort hotel’s policies and may be unavailable, limited or restricted. If the delivery service vendor requires age or ID verification, Guests are required to meet and accept delivery directly from the vendor; Disney Resort hotels will not accept delivery of such orders on behalf of any Guest.
For other grocery orders delivered to the Disney Resort hotel during your vacation, a $6 fee will be charged to your room account for each grocery delivery order brought to your room by Bell Services or Luggage Assistance. Alternatively, these deliveries may be picked up in the Resort Lobby from Bell Services or Luggage Assistance at no charge.
