When creating a Disney account for a child the wrong email address was entered in the “Parent Email Address” field. How can we correct the information?

The easiest way to address this issue is to start over, create a new account and enter the correct email address in the “Parent Email Address” field
Please use the app or website that was originally used to try to create the account—such as the Play Disney Parks app. While some Disney apps and websites do allow the creation of a Disney account for a child, disneyworld.com does not allow Guests to do so.
