I have an annual pass that includes Disney PhotoPass downloads. How do I download my photos?

A.

If your pass includes Disney PhotoPass downloads, you can view and download eligible photos linked to your Disney account on the Photos & Videos page or with the My Disney Experience mobile app.

If you have not already done so, you may need to link your valid annual pass to your Disney account.

If you’re not seeing your photos on the Photos & Videos page, please double check that you have linked all relevant annual passes, MagicBands and Disney PhotoPass cards to your Disney account.
