My MagicBands did not arrive. What should I do?

A.

While MagicBand fulfillment and shipping takes about 11 days, it might take a few days more or less depending on factors such as holidays, weekends and inclement weather.

If your MagicBands have not arrived and your visit to Walt Disney World Resort starts within 3 days, please contact us.

Don’t worry! If you do not receive your MagicBands before you travel to Walt Disney World Resort, you will be provided with MagicBands or cards when you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel.

Replacement MagicBands may be subject to a fee.

If you have not yet done so, customize your MagicBand.

  • For assistance with your Walt Disney World visit, please call (407) 939-5277.
  • 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
