Theme park admission is required, but it is not included in the price of this tour. A theme park reservation may be required based on admission type.

Guests must be at least 10 years of age to attend this experience.

Minor divers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying participating parent or guardian.

Guests 10 to 17 must have their Parent/legal guardian sign a waiver at the beginning of the adventure.

Guests must provide proof of certification: C-card or verification from a certifying agency and a photo identification.

A government-issued photo ID is required for Guests. (See terms for acceptable identification for minors.)

Full payment is due at time of booking.

Bathing suit is required for tour, but should not be worn to the location. Locker room provided with free lockable lockers, towels, shampoo and hair dryers. Shorty wetsuits will be provided. Men's sizes XS to 5X and Women's XS to 5X.

No personal equipment or cameras are allowed in the aquatic environment other than a personal mask (optional). Prescription masks are allowed as well.

Absolutely no jewelry (except watch) is allowed in the aquarium.

We supply all the equipment including regulator.

Guests allergic to neoprene (wetsuit) are encouraged to call DiveQuest directly at 407-560-7692 after making reservations.

Guests must transfer from their motorized scooter or ECV to an available wheelchair. The cast member then brings the wheelchair down the ramp into the water for the guest to transfer into the water, which is an easier transition.

This experience is subject to change without notice.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Full price will be charged/forfeited if the Guest cancels within one day or fails to show up for the reservation.
