Lakeside Yoga

Start your day out in the best way possible!

On Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30 AM, enjoy a complimentary 30-minute Gentle Yoga class in a tranquil atmosphere by Lakeside Landing. Take part in feel-good poses that can perk you up and leave you walking away feeling centered, focused and ready to own the day! This is for all ages and fitness levels—no toe-touching flexibility required.

Class space is limited to 15 Guests staying at Disney's Contemporary Resort or Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Mats and towels are provided on-site.
