I purchased tickets to a special event like Star Wars: Galactic Nights, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, and selected Print at Home eTickets as the delivery method, but I never received the tickets. Who should I contact?

A.

We apologize that you did not receive your eTicket. When you purchased your tickets from disneyworld.com, you should have been given the option to print or download the tickets as PDF files. The PDF files should also have been emailed to you. Please double check your computer and email to make sure you do not already have the ticket files.

If you’ve confirmed that you do not have a copy of the ticket files, please visit any Walt Disney World theme park ticket window or Disney Springs Guest Relations.
