I did not receive a MagicBand from a Disney Resort hotel reservation or from an Annual Pass. Can I purchase a MagicBand?

A.

Yes. You can purchase a MagicBand:

  • Online at Shop Disney Merchandise
  • Select Walt Disney World theme park and Resort hotel retail locations
  • Select Disney Springs retail locations
  • Other select merchandise and retail locations

To use your MagicBand with FastPass+ service, both your MagicBand and valid theme park admission must be linked to your Disney account.

Link a MagicBand or link a theme park ticket to your Disney account.

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (GMT)
