Annual Passes – Frequently Asked Questions


I previously purchased a theme park ticket. Can I upgrade to an annual pass using the Monthly Payment Program for Florida residents?


Yes. If you are a Florida resident who has purchased and already used an eligible* valid theme park ticket, you can upgrade this ticket to an annual pass and take advantage of the Monthly Payment Program. To upgrade, use the My Disney Experience app or visit any Walt Disney World resort theme park ticket window or Guest Relations location:

  • On the day that you use your 1-day ticket
  • Any day you use your multi-day ticket (last day of use must be within 14 days of first use)

When upgrading through the app, you must first link your tickets by tapping “My Tickets”.

Upgrades from tickets to annual passes are not available online or via the phone at this time.

*Tickets types that are not eligible for upgrades include UK Special Tickets, Special Event Tickets, Complimentary Tickets, Water Park Tickets and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex Tickets.
