Gallop over to Whispering Canyon Café at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge for darn good food and a darn good time. Our Western-themed eatery offers an American cuisine, and our Cast Members are sure to put the giddy in your giddy-up with their tomfoolery.
Round up the family for a rollickin’ good time. Our sassy wait staff provides service with attitude and goofy humor. Dressed in cowboy attire, they lead spontaneous hobby horse races around the dining room, break out in spirited sing-alongs and more.
Our family-friendly restaurant is great for kids, young and old, particularly for those with an affinity for the Old West. Our décor features paintings of Western events as well as cowboy and Indian decals on the back of our chairs.
The golden glow from our dining room’s light fixtures, designed to look like mini-tepees, illuminate your meal and the shenanigans of our wisecracking waiters. Watch what happens when you ask for ketchup or a refill on your soda.
Enjoy our paintings, including one of a rodeo cowboy riding a bucking bull, and when listening to the raucous created by our wait staff, marvel at the irony of our restaurant’s name. It seems no one knows how to whisper. But that’s the fun of it.

On Christmas Day, December 25, 2025, special breakfast offerings will be available from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, and lunch/dinner offerings will be available from noon to 10:00 PM. The regular menus will not be available. Disney Resorts Collection Guests who are in their booking window can book dining for Christmas Day beginning October 16, 2025. All other Guests can book starting October 26, 2025.

This restaurant has a cancellation policy and a modifications policy. The credit card provided at the time of reservation will automatically be charged a per-person fee if you don’t show up for your reservation or fail to cancel in accordance with the policy, or if you fail to modify in accordance with the policy and then need to cancel.
