At dusk, the lights come up… and the fun begins! Drift away into the evening with creative cocktails and Latin-flavored dishes, all while imbibing on the sultry night air and sparkling reflections from Lake Buena Vista.
For a tasty starter, dig into an assortment of Mexican-inspired dips and chips—including our house-made guacamole.
Even the most rational person will go bananas for the flavors of South American Crazy Corn. This tasty dish for 2 combines sweet, fire-roasted corn on the cob with spicy Aji Amarillo pepper sauce and P37 cheese.
Savor the 10-ounce Argentinean Steak, chargrilled to perfection and topped with caramelized onions and tangy chimichurri sauce, perfectly paired with fries.

For a more intimate atmosphere, go upstairs to the restaurant's wine bar. The warm woods and old fashioned stools provide a comfortable space for sampling our fine selection of international wines, as well as an assortment of beers and liquor.
The diverse and bountiful foods of the Americas are reflected in the restaurant's décor as well as its menu. Imagine sitting in a pastoral hacienda as you dine on Latin-inspired dishes at one of the colorful tiled tables.

This lively watering hole overlooking Village Lake features 2 levels and large windows with stunning views. Brightly colored booths and accents lend a Latin flair inside, while ample seating on the spacious patio and a dedicated outdoor bar make it perfect for dining al fresco.

Live music from 5:00 PM until close, a “tequila tower” stacked with 37 varieties—each 100% agave—and an international rum bar qualify Paradiso 37 as a bona fide nighttime hotspot for fiesta-animals ages 21 and older.

For those seeking more substantial fare, Paradiso 37 offers enticing entrees like herb-roasted half chicken, Baja fish tacos, cedar-plank roasted salmon, North Carolina-style pork ribs and Argentinian skirt steak, plus a pan-American panoply of mouthwatering burgers, sandwiches and salads.
