Global coastal flavors inspire such dishes as Maine lobster tossed in a Cantonese-style soy glaze, barbeque-rubbed swordfish atop risotto and Florida grouper with black truffle vinaigrette. For land-based fare, indulge in organic “young” chicken with Carolina gold rice, salsify, basil and Meyer lemon.
Created by internationally acclaimed chef Todd English, the menu changes frequently to reflect fresh and seasonal market selections.
Polish off your meal with decadent desserts like molten chocolate cake with chocolate cream pudding and mai tai banana cream tart with flambéed fruit sorbet.
Guests 21 years of age and up can enjoy vintages from the impressive wine list—a multiple-time recipient of Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence—plus such signature cocktails as the Maytag Martini with blue cheese-stuffed olives and the chilled Bellini with Prosecco sparkling wine and white peach purée.
Reservations are recommended and can be made up to 180 days prior to your visit.

Chic and relaxed, Todd English’s bluezoo Lounge offers the same fare as the restaurant, plus a unique bar menu. The bar menu features crab nachos, brisket burgers and other gourmet takes on bar favorites. Seating is first-come, first-served.
