Booking Offers for Guests with Disabilities

On the Tickets & Reservations Page, a checkbox indicates whether you or another Guest requires special accessibility accommodations. Check this box to launch the Special Accommodations Page, from which you can send us your specific request. Our Disney Reservation Agents will then contact you so that together you can create a Walt Disney World vacation that meets your needs.

Viewing and Retrieving Reservation Information

Once you have paid for and confirmed an offer, it becomes a reservation. If at any time you would like to amend a reservation, simply log in to My Disney Vacation and select the "Reservations" button on the left side.

To view a reservation, you must first retrieve it from the database. So if you come to the Reservations page and do not see a reservation you know you confirmed, don't worry! Just enter the confirmation number you were provided and enter the telephone number you submitted when making that reservation. Next, select the "Go" button, and your reservation will appear.

Changing a Reservation

To change a confirmed reservation for which you have already applied payment, you must call our Disney Reservation Agents at (407) 939-6244 . Any of the Reservation Agents will be pleased to assist you.

Online vs. Offline Reservations

There is almost no difference between online and offline reservations. Reservations you make online are visible immediately on the site by going to My Disney Vacation and selecting the "Reservations" button on the left side. Reservations made offline (by telephone with a Disney Reservation Agent) are usually viewable online within 24 hours of making the reservation.

Confirmation Numbers

When you confirm a reservation online, or make a reservation with a customer service representative, you will be provided with a confirmation number. To view reservations online, you will need this confirmation number, along with the phone number you submitted when making the reservation, to retrieve the reservation.
