Deleting an Account
To delete an account, go to Disney.com. Click the "Guest Services" button and then the "Your Account" button. Log In from that page, and once logged in, click the "Modify" button at the top of the page. On this page you will find a Delete link, which will close your account.
Member Name or Log In ID problems
If you registered with a Member Name and are being asked for a Log-In ID, first try using your e-mail address as your Log-In ID. Guests who registered prior to June 2002 were asked to register with a Member Name while guests who registered after June 2002 were asked to use their e-mail addresses as their Log-In IDs. Depending on when you registered, you need to sign in with either your Member Name or your e-mail address Log-In ID.
