Services and Amenities at Disney's Polynesian Resort

Room Service

• Room service at Disney's Polynesian Resort is available from 6:30 a.m. to midnight, 7 days a week and includes American fare from the kitchen of the Kona Café.
• To order room service, select Dining Options on your Guest Room telephone.

Spa & Health Club

• Guests of Disney's Polynesian Resort can work out on state-of-the-art exercise equipment or book a rejuvenating spa experience. At Disney's Grand Floridian Spa & Health Club, located just one monorail stop away. This full-service spa offers body and water therapies, skincare, manicures, pedicures and soothing massage.
• Open from 6:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m., the facility is available to Guests 14 and older at no additional charge. Guests 14 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Spa services include a surcharge and are by appointment.

Babysitting and Child Services

• Babysitting and child services are available at Disney's Polynesian Resort for an additional fee.
• Located near the bus stop, across from the Great Ceremonial House, the Never Land Club is a supervised activity center for children ages 4 to 12 that is open daily from 4:00 p.m. to midnight for an additional fee. Dinner is provided between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m., and a snack is served at 10:00 p.m.
• At this Peter Pan-themed play space, children are invited to play video games, enjoy dinner and snacks, watch Disney movies and interact with other kids their age.
• Together with independent childcare provider Kid's Nite Out, Disney's Polynesian Resort also offers you the convenience of one-to-one in-room babysitting, allowing you the flexibility to enjoy your vacation your way. You can even reserve a childcare specialist to accompany you and your family during your visit to the Parks, providing a helping hand where needed.

• To make a reservation for in-room babysitting, touch "0" on your in-room phone or call Kid's Nite Out at (407) 828-0920. Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance for all babysitting and child services.

Concierge Assistance

• Concierge assistance at Disney's Polynesian Resort is available to Resort hotel Guests 7 days a week, from 7:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m. Located in the main lobby, the concierge can help you purchase Theme Park tickets and make Walt Disney World dining and show reservations.

Parking

• Self-parking at Disney's Polynesian Resort is available in front of the Never Land Club and the Great Ceremonial House.
• Valet parking is also available for a nominal fee.

Laundry Facilities

• A coin-operated, self-service laundry facility is located next to the Never Land Club at Disney's Polynesian Resort. Vending machines offer laundry detergent.
• Valet dry cleaning and laundry services are also available.

High-Speed Internet access

• Resort hotel Guests can enjoy high-speed Internet access in their rooms with compatible devices, for an additional fee.
