Disney's Grand Floridian Spa

• Disney's Grand Floridian Spa is staffed by trained professionals offering body treatments, therapies and massages developed to rejuvenate, invigorate and nourish.
• Select from a lavish range of individual programmes and spa packages. Treat yourself to facials, body therapies, soaks, massages, wraps, manicures and pedicures that utilize the natural healing properties of botanical oils, waxes and masks. From skin refinement to full-body relaxation, the Spa is fully-equipped to provide a sublime and uplifting experience for the mind, body, and spirit.
• We offer a number of special treatments designed to introduce our youngest Guests, ages 4 to 12, to proper skincare healthy living. Guests 12 years and older are welcome to receive our regular spa treatments. Guests ages 14 to 17 years must be accompanied by an adult while in the Spa and during massage, water or body treatments.
• Select spa products used at Disney's Grand Floridian Spa are also sold on site in the Spa Boutique.

Grand Floridian Health Club

• Disney' Grand Floridian Health Club is a full-service gym available at no additional charge to Guests of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort&Spa. A wide range of equipment is available, including treadmills, stair steppers, upright and recumbent cycles, elliptical cross trainers, Smith machine, cable crossover and free weights. The Health Club also features a full circuit of Life Fitness and Precor strength equipment.
• Guests must be at least 14 years of age to use the Health Club. Guests ages 14 to17 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Disney' Grand Floridian Health Club is open 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. Call (407) 824-2332 for reservations.
• Personal training available by appointment.

Babysitting and Childcare Services

• Disney's Grand Floridian Resort&Spa makes a parent's night out possible with the Mouseketeer Club, a supervised activity center that accommodates children ages 4 to12. While you enjoy your evening, your kids are treated to arts and crafts, computer games, Disney movies and dinner and snacks in an environment created just for them.
• Reservations are required for the Mousekteer Club, open daily from 4:30 p.m. to midnight.
• Together with independent childcare provider Kids Nite Out, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort&Spa also offers you the convenience of one-to-one in-room babysitting, allowing you the flexibility to enjoy your vacation your way. You can even reserve a childcare specialist to accompany you and your family during your visit to the Parks, providing a helping hand where needed. Please note that in-room childcare is available for children ages 6 months to 12 years.
• To make a reservation for the Mouseketeer Club or in-room babysitting, please contact the Front Desk or the concierge during your visit. Extra charges for these services apply.

Ivy Trellis Salon

• Located on the mezzanine floor of the main building at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort&Spa and open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the Salon offers Guests a full range of hair salon and barber services including hair cut, color, and styling. Call the Front Desk for more information or to make an appointment.

Concierge Assistance

• Available to Resort hotel Guests 7 days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Located in the main lobby, the concierge can help you purchase Park tickets, make dining reservations and secure show seats, among other services.

Parking

• Convenient self-parking at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort&Spa.
• Valet parking is also available for a nominal fee.

Laundry facilities/services

• Dry cleaning and valet laundry service is available. Select Housekeeping on your Guest Room phone to request service.
• 24-hour self-service laundry rooms are located in the main building on the second floor.

Wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet Access (for an additional fee)

• Guests with a Wi-Fi-enabled PC or laptop computer can purchase a Wi-Fi access card from the Business Center.

Business Center

• The Business Center is open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, and is located within the Convention Center. It provides fax, photo copy, mail and computer services, including Internet access (additional fee applies) for Resort Guests.

Convention Center

• The convention center offers 40,000 square feet of flexible meeting and function space. In addition to 2 grand ballrooms, there are 16 modern breakout rooms for smaller meetings and executive conferences. These feature high-speed and wireless Internet connectivity, booth-controlled A/V and lighting, remote control lighting and projection, state-of-the-art sound systems, satellite up/down link capabilities and ceiling-recessed screens.
