Quick Tip

Walt Disney World Resort offers complimentary customized maps that highlight your favorite attractions, shows and restaurants. If you order your maps at least 4 weeks before your vacation, you can have them printed and mailed directly to your home.

Getting Around

Complimentary Airport Transportation is provided to and from the Orlando International Airport for Guests of select Disney Resort Hotels:

  • Stay at a select Walt Disney World Resort hotel and enjoy complimentary Disney's Magical Express transportation service to and from Orlando International Airport.
  • We'll pick up and deliver your bags to your Disney Resort hotel room.
  • You don't need to rent a car or hassle with parking.

Complimentary Resort Transportation — between Disney Resort hotels, Disney Theme Parks, Disney Water Parks and other Walt Disney World destinations — is available for Guests of select Disney Resort Hotels and Guests holding valid Theme Park tickets:

  • Transportation options include buses, boats and monorails.
  • Look for the posted pick-up points at your Disney Resort Hotel for complimentary transport to Disney Theme Parks.
  • Transportation is available one hour prior to the Disney Theme Park opening time and up to 3 hours after closing time.

Guests with Disabilities

Most Walt Disney World attractions, restaurants, shops and shows are accessible to all Guests. However, there are certain attractions that Guests with disabilities will need assistance from a member of their party to fully utilize these areas. And Guests using wheelchairs may be required to transfer from their wheelchairs onto a ride system.

  • Designated parking areas for Guests with disabilities are available throughout Walt Disney World Resort. A valid disability parking permit is required.
  • Wheelchair rentals are available throughout Walt Disney World Resort.
  • Many attractions allow Guests to remain in a wheelchair and others are transfer accessible.
  • Accessible drinking fountains are located throughout Walt Disney World Resort.
  • Service animals are allowed in most locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort. All service animals must remain on leash at all times. Service animals may not be permitted to ride on some attractions and a member of the Guest's party must remain with the animal.

Safety Tips

The safety of our Guests at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida is our single most important responsibility. Here are some guidelines to keep your family safe and secure throughout the area while experiencing our attractions.

  • Secure your belongings while on rides.
  • Walk, don't run inside the Theme Parks, Water Parks and Resort Hotels.
  • Remain seated while in ride vehicles.
  • Be aware of your surroundings to avoid collisions or tripping.
  • Supervise your children at all times.
  • Comply with written, verbal and audio instructions. They're there to keep you safe!
  • Don't sit on ropes, chains and railings
  • Stay behind yellow safety lines until instructed to board a ride.
  • Keep arms, hands, legs and feet inside the ride vehicle.
  • Consider age and height guidelines before taking any child on a ride.
  • Do not ride if you're not feeling well or do not satisfy posted health requirements.
  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated.
  • Avoid excessive sun exposure by wearing hats, sunglasses and applying frequent applications of sunscreen.
