Teppan Edo is a Japanese restaurant in the Japan Pavilion in Epcot Theme Park where the spirit of authentic Japanese cuisine is celebrated through the culinary talents of Teppan Chefs cooking traditional dishes on grills at your table.
Be entertained in the communal ritual of Teppan-yaki style cooking in one of the 6 picturesque Teppan Edo dining rooms as skillful chefs chop and stir-fry fresh shellfish, meats and vegetables at your table, served with Udon noodles and steamed rice. Or dine on sushi, croquettes and other authentic dishes.
If you are 21 years of age or older, accompany your Japanese meal with a Kirin beer, a glass of wine or a variety of cold beverages. For a more traditional drink, sip a bit of sake—hot or cold—or even try a sake cocktail bursting with flavor.
For dessert, indulge in a treat with an Asian twist like the chocolate ginger cake or the green tea pudding. It's the perfect ending to any meal.
"I'm told there is a member's lounge at the GM test track in Epcot. Two of our traveling party are GM retirees. Can you provide more information on the lounge and the benefit of accessing it. Coming to WDW in December 2009. Thanks."
"I have a breakfast reservation in Norway before the park opens. When we are done breakfast the park will still be closed. Where do we line up for rope drop to be closest to Sorin."
"Staying at Beach Club Jan 2010. Are there stroller rentals at International Gateway or do we have to walk to front of park? Thanks for your help!"
"I saw something about a new attraction in Future World in Epcot - I think in Innoventions - that is a virtual ride/experience. I thought I saw something about it on the Disney website, but now I can't find any info. Can you fill me in? Thanks!"
"We arrive Friday March 19th at 4:30, staying at the Beach Club. We would like to go to Epcot that night and explore (husband, 3 kids-10, 8, and 2). Let me know what we could do that evening, hope to include fireworks and counter sevice meal. Thanks"
