While Walt Disney was generating new ideas for Disneyland Park in California, he thought about building an International Street. That idea grew to become the concept behind the World Showcase area in Epcot theme park at Walt Disney World in Florida.


Soarin'™ is a serene, multisensory attraction that simulates a peaceful hang-gliding flight over California. Experience the feeling of free flight from 40 feet in the air while surrounded by scenic panoramas including the Golden Gate Bridge, Malibu and LA.

Test Track is temporarily closed for refurbishment and scheduled to reopen in fall 2012.

Slowly descend into the ocean in "clamobiles" on a gentle ride where you observe characters from the Disney·Pixar film Finding Nemo frolicking among colorful marine life, including fish and coral reefs. Can Nemo be found again?

This inspiring 16-minute slow-moving omnimover ride transports you through 40,000 years-from the dawn of recorded time to modern day. View prehistoric man, ancient Egypt, the Roman Empire and more before you discover how you might live in the future.

Turtle Talk with Crush at Epcot theme park is a unique, live 15-minute show at which kids of all ages are invited to talk and ask questions of the totally tubular turtle from Disney·Pixar's Finding Nemo. Imagineers innovated this new digital experience.

Travel 8,000 miles in 5 1/2 minutes on a journey that turns you into an astronaut on a realistic space flight to Mars—dodging meteors as you attend to your aeronautical duties. (A less intensive flight option is available.)

IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth is a spectacular nightly show filled with pyrotechnics, lasers, fire and fountains on World Showcase Lagoon. Accompanied by dazzling lighting effects projected onto the surrounding pavilions, this award-winning show depicts the history of earth and its people.

The World Showcase Players present uproarious, crowd-pleasing productions in the style of classic street theater. It's pure fun when the Players entertain, encourage and enlist Guests in the audience to star in their productions!

Character Greetings are lively meet and greet occasions in various locations around Epcot theme park where preschoolers and big kids can pose for pictures and collect autographs.

This wondrously imaginative, interactive play space features a product safety test lab, a video playground and much more. Guests of all ages are sure to be inspired!

Behold breathtaking landmarks evoking Rome's Trevi Fountain and the bell tower from St. Mark's Square and enjoy authentic food at Tutto Italia Ristorante and Via Napoli Pizzeria e Ristorante. Musicians, clowns and acting troupes provide lively entertainment in the piazza.
