Special Dietary Requests

  • Special dietary requests at Walt Disney World Resort can be met by The Walt Disney World Food and Beverage Team, though note, in many cases, advance notice is required—usually at the time you make your reservations. To speak with a Disney Cast Member regarding your special dietary requests, please call the Disney's Dining Reservation Center at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 up to 180 days in advance. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call. Guests should contact SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com at least 14 days prior to arrival or soon after booking their dining arrangements.
  • The Walt Disney World Food and Beverage Team is committed to offering a wide range of choices to accommodate Guests who require lifestyle dining options, as well as most specific requests from Guests with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Whether dining at a table-service restaurant or at a quick- service restaurant, your desired dining requests will be addressed.

Dressing Rooms

  • Dressing rooms, lockers and showers are found near the entrance to the Park.

Wheelchair and Electric Convenience Vehicle (ECV) Rentals

  • Wheelchairs are welcome at Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park; however they are not available for rent.

Camera Services and Film

  • Film can be purchased at:
    • Beach Haus shop, near the Park entrance to the left
    • Snowless Joe's shop, near Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park entrance to the right

Baby Changing Stations

  • Baby changing stations are located in the restrooms.

Walt Disney World Florist and Gift Basket Shop

  • The Walt Disney World Florist and Gift Basket Shop creates arrangements and gifts for all celebrations including engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, special occasions, reunions and weddings.
  • A Disney Florist sales specialist can design your gift, arrange a special presentation to be left as a surprise in your room, delivered to your favorite restaurant or sent to a designated special spot in Walt Disney World Resort.

Stroller Rentals

  • Strollers are welcome at Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park; however, they are not available for rent.

Inner Tubes

  • Inner tube usage is included with admission to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park.
  • Inner tubes can be used on such attractions as:

Automated Teller Machine (ATM)

  • An ATM presented by Chase can be found near Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park entrance on the left side near the ticket booths.

Guest Services around Walt Disney World Resort

What to Wear

  • Proper dress is required at Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park.
  • Swim attire with rivets, buckles or exposed metal is not permitted on the water attractions.
  • Wetsuits are not permitted on body slides.
  • One-piece swimsuits are recommended on the more thrilling waterslides, like the Summit Plummet attraction.
  • Wearing water shoes is a good idea when visiting Disney Water Parks; the ground can get hot and so will your feet!
  • Wearing sunscreen is strongly advised.
  • Sunscreen, swimwear, beachwear, towels, gifts and other sundries are available for purchase at these locations:
    • Beach Haus, to the left of the Park entrance
    • Snowless Joe's, to the right of the Park entrance
    • Sunglasses Hut, near the Cooling Hut snack stand

Life Vests

  • Life vests are provided free of charge; must leave driver's license or credit card as deposit.
  • Life vests and water wallets are available a Snowless Joe's, turn right after entering the Park

Kennels

  • With the exception of service dogs for Guests with disabilities, pets are not permitted in Disney Theme Parks, Water Parks, Resort hotels, on the Resort or Theme Park buses, in the Downtown Disney area, Disney's BoardWalk or ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
  • Pets may stay in the air-conditioned facility at Best Friends Pet Care — operated by Best Friends Pet Care, Inc. — located across from Disney's Port Orleans Resort at 2510 Bonnet Creek Parkway, Lake Buena Vista, FL, 32830. Best Friends Pet Care is a member of the Pet Care Services Association.
