Tusker House Restaurant is in the Harambe village in the Africa area of Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park .
Here, the flavors of Africa are drummed up in exotic lunch and dinner buffets that include a variety of vegetarian and meat-based options, such as:

- Hummus and baba ghanoush
- Jollaf rice
- Marrakech couscous
