Sitting in The Chef's Domain at Citricos restaurant brings you close to the culinary stage and gives you the chance to interact with the Citricos chef and culinary team while they prepare impressive meals in the show kitchen.
The Chef's Domain at Citricos restaurant features a seasonal a la carte menu.
Citricos chefs rotate dinner selections frequently for a focused menu of American dishes infused with Mediterranean touches and fragrant herbs that are characteristic of the cuisine of southern Europe—specifically Provençe, Tuscany and the Spanish Riviera.
From the simple yet sophisticated menu, you may find:
- steaks seared on an oak-filled grill
- vegetarian risotto
- creative pasta dishes
- seasonal seafood selections
Sommeliers at Citricos restaurant assist in selecting wines from their award-winning international wine list. Wines are available by the glass or bottle, or as part of wine pairing, for Guests 21 years of age or older.
The Chef's Domain has one seating daily at 6:00 p.m.
A minimum purchase of $650 per party up to 12 people, non-inclusive of gratuity & tax is required. Early reservations, up to 180 days in advance, are recommended.
Guest Policies
- Dress Code Guidelines:
Men: Khakis, slacks, jeans, dress shorts, collared shirts. Sport coats are optional.
Ladies: Capris, skirts, dresses, jeans, dress shorts.Not permitted in dining room: Tank tops, swimwear, hats for gentleman, cut offs, or torn clothing. While T-shirts are now allowed, the policy remains that T-shirts with offensive language or graphics are not acceptable.
- Chef's Domain at Citricos can accommodate up to 12 Guests.
- This experience is designed for Guests ages 10 and older. This is a dining experience that may not appeal to younger children.
- A cancellation policy applies and will result in charges if you cancel with insufficient notice. Specific policies related to this facility will be detailed at time of reservation booking.
- Specialty celebration cakes are available for an additional charge and should be ordered 48 hours in advance by calling (407) 827-2253.
