Credit cards that are accepted at Downtown Disney area:

In addition to credit cards, traveler's checks and cash are also accepted.

Electric Convenience Vehicle (ECV) Rentals

• ECVs are available for rent at the Guest Relations building in Downtown Disney Marketplace.
• The ECV rental fee of $45.00 per day plus a $100 refundable credit card deposit is required per unit rented at the Downtown Disney area.
• The rented unit must be returned to the original rental location to receive a credit card deposit refund.
• Quantities are limited and subject to availability.

Walt Disney World Florist and Gift Basket Shop

• The Walt Disney World Florist and Gift Basket Shop creates arrangements and gifts for all celebrations including engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, special occasions, reunions and weddings.
• A Disney Florist sales specialist can design your gift, arrange a special presentation to be left as a surprise in your room, delivered to your favorite restaurant or sent to a designated special spot in Walt Disney World Resort.
• Call a Disney Florist sales specialist at (407) 827-3505 to discover the options. (Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.)

Kennels

• With the exception of service dogs for Guests with disabilities, pets are not permitted in Disney Theme Parks, Water Parks, Resort hotels, on the Resort or Theme Park buses, in the Downtown Disney area, Disney's BoardWalk or Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex.
• Pets may stay in one of the air-conditioned kennels at Walt Disney World Resort , which are members of the American Boarding Kennel Association.

Languages

• At Disney Theme Park and Water Parks, many Disney Cast Members are fluent in more than one language.
• The Cast Member's nametag will indicate which languages they speak.

Lockers

• Lockers may be rented to store items during your visits to Downtown Disney area.
• Lockers are located on the dock between the Cap'n Jack's Marina boat rental window and Cap'n Jack's Restaurant in Downtown Disney Marketplace
• The fee to rent a locker is :
• $5 per day for a small locker
• $5 per day for a large locker
• $2 key deposit for both small and large lockers

• Maps of Walt Disney World Resort can help you plan your visit. Check out the locations of attractions, entertainment, dining and shopping destinations throughout the Resort.
• Downtown Disney area is
• south of Disney's Lake Buena Vista Golf Course
• northeast of Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
• south of the Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa
• east of Disney's Old Key West Resort

Merchandise

• Merchandise such as gifts, cigars, three-dimensional art, fine art, sunglasses, toys, games, home and kitchen products, Disney character merchandise and so much more can be found when Shopping at Downtown Disney area .

Purchase Shipment

• As one of the benefits to Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel , purchases made at Downtown Disney shops can be delivered to the Guest's room prior to checkout.
• Purchases made at Downtown Disney shops can also be shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Stroller Rental

• Strollers are available for rent at the Guest Relations building in Downtown Disney Marketplace.
• The fee to rent a stroller is $15 per day for a single-passenger stroller and $31 per day for a double-passenger stroller.
• Double-passenger strollers are not available for rent at Downtown Disney area.
• A $100 credit card deposit is required per stroller rented at the Downtown Disney area.
• The rented stroller must be returned to the original rental location to receive a credit card deposit refund.
• Quantities are limited, and subject to availability.
• Stroller replacements are on a limited, first-come/first-served basis.
• For Guests who require a stroller rental for multiple days, there is a Length of Stay rental ticket option.
• A one-time payment transaction is made for as many days needed to rent the stroller.
• Single-passenger strollers are available with the Length of Stay rental ticket for $13.00 per day.
• Upon visiting a Disney Theme Park, simply show your receipt at the stroller rental location and you will be expedited through the queue with little or no wait time.
• The rented stroller must be returned to the original rental location to receive a credit card deposit refund.
• Quantities are limited, and subject to availability.

Transportation

• Transportation to and from the Downtown Disney area is available via bus throughout Walt Disney World Resort.
• Transportation is complimentary and offered as one of the benefits to Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel .
• For Park Guests choosing to drive, complimentary self-parking is also available.

What to Wear

• Proper dress is required at Downtown Disney area.
• Shirt and shoes must be worn at all times.

Wheelchair Rentals

• Wheelchairs are available for rent at the Guest Relations building in Downtown Disney Marketplace.
• The wheelchair rental fee is $10.00 per day.
• The rented unit must be returned to the original rental location to receive a credit card deposit refund
• Quantities are limited and subject to availability.

Automated Teller Machine (ATM)

An ATM presented by Chase can be found:

• Near the House of Blues restaurant
• Near the Wetzel's Pretzels restaurant
• Inside the World of Disney Store
• Near the Once Upon a Toy shop
• Across the way from Guest Relations in Downtown Disney Marketplace

Parking

• Complimentary self parking is available for Downtown Disney area.

Special Dietary Requests

• Special dietary requests at Walt Disney World Resort can be met by The Walt Disney World Food and Beverage Team, though note, in many cases, advance notice is required—usually at the time you make your reservations. To speak with a Disney Cast Member regarding your special dietary requests, please call the Disney's Dining Reservation Center at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 up to 180 days in advance. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call. Guests should contact SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com at least 14 days prior to arrival or soon after booking their dining arrangements.
